Full Journal pdf1994-04-29 House Journal Page 3865 SB 54 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report on the following, which is under Unfinished Business (page 3862), at this time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) am H "An Act relating to violations of laws by juveniles, to the remedies for offenses and activities committed by juveniles and to juvenile records, and to incarceration of juveniles who have been charged, prosecuted, or convicted as adults; and providing for an effective date." and CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 54(FIN) "An Act relating to violations of laws by juveniles, to the remedies for offenses and activities committed by juveniles and to records of those offenses, and to incarceration of juveniles who have been charged, prosecuted, or convicted as adults; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting CCSSB 54, and recommended the members vote yes. **The presence of Representative James was noted. The Speaker placed a call of the House. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
